Internships

Lady K Loves is passionate about supporting personal growth, particularly in young women at the start of their careers. Over the last 3 years, Lady K Loves has run a successful work placement program, helping students and recent graduates get the experience and confidence they need to step into the working world.

We understand the challenges facing newcomers to the workplace and the value of experience that internships, work placements and work experience can provide. If you are looking to supplement your studies, improve your c.v. or try out an area in which you are interested, we can help.

Customer Service Champion

Hands up to all my people, people. Are you the organised one who arranges your friendship group trips? Or the person your friends and family turn to when they need to make something happen? Everyone is in awe of how you manage to take care of the details while keeping a smile on your face, even when each one asks you the same question & doesn’t read the user guide, you colour-coded and sent to them.

Lady K Loves is outrageously excited to be looking for a Customer Service Champion to work in person in our Bristol based pop up shop. You’ll be supporting customers as they shop, answering customer emails, helping our Girl Gang pick the right product for them, picking and packing orders, arrange any exchanges and encouraging positive feedback from our community. Using your in-person knowledge to better support our online customers. While reviewing and refining any in house processes to make your life easier and improve customer satisfaction.

You’ll need to have a bright friendly tone with an impeccable handle on the English language. You love to help people, and don’t take grumbling personally. You have energy for days, always turn up with a good vibe and take pride in finding that silver lining and a solution to any problem. We are proud to say, we have an incredible community who treat our customer service team with love and respect, you are helping them with their order after all!

This role is based in our Bristol studio shop for the duration of the shop with potential to grow with the right person.

This position will start at 10 hours a week but will grow as the demands of the business expand. There is room to increase your hours, increase your take home pay with results based bonuses and grow this role with account management across our trade departments.

Content Queen

Do you live for the ‘gram? You know all the hacks to make posts look great, gain traction, and gamify your social media experience?

You find social media fun, light-hearted and have energy for great ideas to bring styles to life.

Eye for a great image & understand a brand brief to bring ideas to life!
Lady K Loves is looking for a Social Media Queen for a 6 – 8 week project. This is a fixed-term contract which has the potential to extend for the right candidate.

Responsibilities will include,

  • Working with the Digital Merchandiser to align messages to website headlines and stock levels.
  • Connect with Customer Service Champion to improve and support messaging with an intention to reduce returns and reduce simple FAQ’s asked.
  • Work with Marketing Manager to plan Content based on business needs, such as product launches, email messages, etc.
  • Creating images and videos. You have Adobe skills and love to push the limits of what you can do.
  • Scheduling a wide range of content in line with brand guides and marketing strategy.
  • Interaction on app and posting.
  • Finding the best bad ass babes to work with.
  • Dig into the data, understanding what’s working and what’s not working to refine next steps.
  • Keep track of your work and influencers we’re working with via internal systems.

What we’re looking for from you!

  • You are naturally creative, with a flare for bringing new ideas to the table.
  • You have your finger on the social media pause recognising the latest trends to jump on as they emerge.
  • Somehow, you’re following all of the right people and feel confident reaching out to offer gifting.
  • Love snooping on other brands to get inspired by their latest ideas, or figure out what not to do!
  • Know how to collaborate, connecting the dots and understanding unspoken ideas to reach a common goal. 
  • You have an eye for (understanding a brief and communication of ideas, small references and how they can build a brand idea)
  • Confident and comfortable with sales. Including best language to use to encourage purchases.
  • Confident with Adobe and other design/creative packages.
  • An eye for visuals and understanding of brand vision.
  • Have big expectations! We’re a small brand with big ideas and we’re looking for strong growth over the next 3 years.

This role is based in our Bristol based studio.
