Unique Gift Shopping Guide Christmas 2020
Not sure what to buy the vintage loving one in your life? following our Christmas gift guide below. We’ve focused on smaller businesses who handcraft and create beautiful items just for you.
Well, we’re always big fans of promoting small businesses & brands any time of any year. This year it feels even more important to share the goodies that small & independent brands have to offer. Which small businesses will you be supporting this Christmas?
With most of us staying inside, not having the traditional footfall from shopping, festive markets and all of the exciting experience-based shopping we’re used to, is a double whammy for smaller businesses.
I’m pretty sure we’ve all seen that chalkboard image with the fact about spending as little as an extra £10/$10 a month with independent shops & the impact that would have on our economies. I’ve not fact-checked it! But my maths on this works out like this: £10 a month = £2.50 a week. That’s less than your take out coffee, that’s less than the mulled wine you would have bought at a Christmas market.
So here’s our challenge for you this year… Can you aim to move as much of your present buying as possible to small businesses, ethical brands, or businesses that support charities with your money? Buying everything from these businesses might seem out of reach, so just try and support one of the above, and know that you will be appreciated.
You might be wondering, where do I start!?!?!
We got you gal. Read below to discover our small business Christmas gift ideas. Maybe you will spot something you fancy yourself! Share with loved ones to give them the hint.
