Returns & Exchanges Policy
Not quite in love with your order? Returns couldn’t be easier! If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or return your item simply e-mail email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your item with your order number & details of your request. We’ll get back to you with our returns address and answer any questions you might have.
Any requests after the 14 day period are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. We do aim to accommodate where possible and may be able to offer you a return after exchange or a credit note.
We count 14 days from the day your parcel arrives with you.
Once a return is agreed to, items must be posted back within 3 days, unless otherwise agreed. We advise you to send items via a trackable postage service, items going missing in transit are not our responsibility. Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund.
Please ensure you return your item(s) in the condition it was received in, this means free from pet hair (we love your pets, but not cleaning their fur off clothing!), and with original tags. Items that require pressing or further processing will incur a £5 fee.
International orders – Be sure to mark your item ‘return’ for customs purposes, we do not pay customs charges on returned goods and the package will be returned to you if not clearly marked ‘Return’.
Exchange postage is free, we cover the cost of sending alternative items out to you. However, the postage costs of returning the item to us do come down to you.
Faulty items or incorrect orders – The cost of returning faulty or incorrect items is returned to you. Up to the following values – £5.20 in the UK/ £14 from Europe/£23 Rest of the world. To claim this refund please send proof of postage within 14 days of dispatch of your items.
Please note – earrings are non-returnable in any situation.
Please be patient you’ve e-mailed and we’ve not replied over a weekend or have received an out-of-office email, we aim to reply within 1 working day. We do not work UK bank holidays.
*Free postage offers based on the final sale value. Any returns which reduce your order below the threshold for free postage will have postage costs deducted.
*The initial postage cost paid by you for delivery service is nonrefundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
