Not quite in love with your order?
Exchanges – 60 days from receiving items
Returns – 14 days from receiving items
Christmas Returns – Refunds policy will be extended to 20 days from receiving items from November 21st until December 23rd.
Any items brought beforehand as a gift will be eligible for a refund until 3rd January
Sales from 23rd December onwards are within normal returns policy
What to do – e-mail email@example.com with your order number & details of your request. We’ll get back to you with our returns address and answer any questions you might have.
Post items back within 3 working days. Please let us know if this is a challenge.
Any requests after the above periods are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. We do aim to accommodate where possible and may be able to offer you a return after exchange or a credit note.
Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund.
Return your item(s) in the condition it was received in, this means free from pet hair (we love your pets, but not cleaning their fur off clothing!), and with original tags. Items that require pressing or further processing will incur a £5 fee.
International orders – Be sure to mark your item ‘return’ for customs purposes, we do not pay customs charges on returned goods and the package will be returned to you if not clearly marked ‘Return’.
Exchange postage is free, we cover the cost of sending alternative items out to you. However, the postage costs of returning the item to us do come down to you.
*Multi-buy offers are conditional at final sale. Choosing to return any part of the multi-buy offer may change the price & this will be reflected in any refund value. We do not substitute one item for another over multiple orders.
Faulty items or incorrect orders – The cost of returning faulty or incorrect items is returned to you. Up to the following values – £5.20 in the UK/ £14 from Europe/£23 Rest of the world. To claim this refund please send proof of postage within 14 days of dispatch of your items.
Please be patient you’ve e-mailed and we’ve not replied over a weekend or have received an out-of-office email, we aim to reply within 1 working day. We do not work UK bank holidays.
*The initial postage cost paid by you for delivery service is nonrefundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
