Postage fees depend on your location. There is standard and express for each location and you can explore your options here. Check out the full details here.

Each product has a full size chart. These are measurements taken from the garment. In the addition info tab you can see more about the fabric type, if there’s stretch and how they should fit.
Additionally, our sizing table is here, items are cut to fit these sizes, the waist on a size small skirt will be 27” to fit and 26” – 27” inch waist, etc. Items that are cut to fit differently will have a measurements table on the product page. If in doubt, do ask, we’re always happy to help.
Each product size table will have a rough UK equivalent size. We do recommend knowing your measurements as sizing does vary from brand to brand. If you’re not sure how to measure yourself, we have an easy to understand guide here
If you can’t find what you’re looking for, do get in touch. If we still have the item we will guide you to it.
We do produce styles in limited editions using deadstock fabric. If it’s a printed colour way, or woven item, it’s probably gone and we don’t restock.
If an item is in sale it will be end of line. This means we won’t be restocking this style.
We stock a range of boutiques around the world! Find one near you here. Can’t find a shop close by? Let us know where you are and shops we might be suitable for and we can reach out to them.
From time to time, we offer popular out of stock items on back order, also known as pre-order. If your item is back order, it will say above the add to cart button and your confirmation email will say back ordered item. We only offer pre-order on items when they are a maximum of 2 months away, so you don’t have long to wait!
1 – Have you had confirmation of dispatch email? It may be sitting in your junk, spam, offers, promotions or other folder. Check there first.
2 – Is your item on back order? You can see this either on your order confirmation email or by signing into your account.
3 – If it has been dispatched but not arrived yet, take a look at our postage options for standard delivery times. In some cases delivery may take 2 weeks
4 – If these steps don’t provide answers, get in touch with your order number and the date you placed the order. We can check if there are any questions or issues.
Please note, that items without tracking can’t be tracked.
Did you check out the size guide here? If it doesn’t answer your questions, we’re always happy to help you with questions oversizing. We can give you measurements from the items/patterns themselves, and information on the sort of fabric, fit and give of the item to help you make the best decision possible. However, should you get your item through the post and it’s not quite the fit you’re after, our normal returns policy takes effect from the day you receive your item.

We will consider any enquiries separately, and do our best to find a solution. However, we retain the right to refuse a refund or exchange outside of our return policy timescales.
It’s incredibly useful for you if you do set up an account. You can sign in and check the progress of any orders, find your tracking easily etc.
It also makes it a lot easier to help you with your order, if you’re having trouble getting the right item in the cart, paying in the way you would like or need to exchange an item. It also makes it a lot easier for us to process any exchanges or refunds should you need to request one. Finally, it means if you’re a regular customer we can send you extra goodies! If we can see you are a regular customer you’re more likely to be upgraded to faster postage options and receive other premium treatment!

In short, yes. Import taxes and duties are down to the laws at the country of import. The cost of your postage does not impact this.
We can’t change the value on your customs forms to under the taxable value, we’ll get in trouble and then we can’t send you any items.
Currently, we don’t have a service to offer you a free returns label. If your item is faulty or if we have sent you incorrect items we can refund your postage charge. To do this we’ll need you to send over a copy of your postage receipt. Once we receive the item and check it over we can process your postage refund. Please note we do have a price cap on postage refunds in these instances.
