Our returns policy is as below.
If you receive your item through the post and it's damaged, then let us know. In most cases we can arrange for you to return the original one and have a new garment sent out.

Please e-mail sales@lady-k-loves.com within 14 days if you would like to exchange items should there be a problem with fit or style. Items returned after the 14 day period and ANY items returned without notice will not be accepted. The 14 day's relates to when the item was received and when you have contacted us, if you've e-mailed and we've not replied over a weekend or have received an out of office e-mail, please don't repeatedly e-mail, it clogs up our in box making it take longer to reply to everyone.

Once a return is agreed to, items must be posted back within 3 day's, unless otherwise agreed. We advise you send items via a trackable postage service, items going missing in transit are not our responsibility. Your refund may take up to 14 working day's to process.We currently process all refunds on a Wednesday AM.

International orders - Be sure to mark your item 'return' for customs purposes, we do not pay customs charges on returned goods and the package will be returned to you if not clearly marked 'Return'

In any case where garments are swapped or returned the postage costs of returning the item do come down to you. However we do not invoice you for the new item being posted. So you only have to pay for the cost of sending the item back to us.

Returned items will be resold, please bear this in mind when you post them back and ensure that you return them to us in the state you would like to receive your new items. Where items need cleaning or pressing a processing fee for £5 will be applied.

International and EU postage - items are sent standard first class airmail. Proof of postage is always obtained. International Signfor can be used for an additional charge. Please contact us with your order to request this service.

Please note - earrings are none returnable in any situation. The initial postage cost paid by you for delivery service is non refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
