Our returns policy is as below.
If you receive your item through the post and it's damaged, then let us know. In most cases we can arrange for you to return the original one and have a new garment sent out.
Please e-mail email@example.com within days if you would like to exchange items should there be a problem with fit or style. Items returned after the day period and ANY items returned without notice will not be accepted. The 14 day's relates to when the item was received and when you have contacted us, if you've e-mailed and we've not replied over a weekend or have received an out of office e-mail, please don't repeatedly e-mail, it clogs up our in box making it take longer to reply to everyone.
orders - Be sure to mark your item 'return' for customs purposes, we do
not pay customs charges on returned goods and the package will be
returned to you if not clearly marked 'Return'
In any case where garments are
swapped or returned the postage costs of returning the item do come down
to you. However we do not invoice you for the new item being posted. So
you only have to pay for the cost of sending the item back to us.
